Global eSIM

Global plans start at $4.99. Unlimited plans run from $8.49 for 1 day to $194.00 for 10 days, each with a full-speed allowance per day that is printed on the plan. Fixed-data plans start at $4.99 for 1 GB over 3 days. Every price includes 18% GST, and nothing is added at checkout.

Switch the eSIM line on, set it as your mobile data line and turn Data Roaming on for it. Within a minute or two your phone should show a local network in Global. If nothing connects, turn Airplane Mode on and off once, or pick the network by hand in your phone's settings.

For maps, messaging, social media and the odd video call, about 1 GB a day is plenty — Unlimited · 7 days (1 GB/day) here gives you that for $137.00. For a light trip, 3 GB · 30 days is $10.99. If you stream or work online, a bigger plan such as 20 GB · 31 days ($32.99) is the safer choice.

Trip lengths for Global run from 1 day up to 365 days. Pick the one that covers your dates — a plan cannot be extended once it is running, so buying a second eSIM is the way to add time.

The data never runs out, but the full speed does. Every unlimited plan for Global gives you a set allowance each day at full speed — it is printed on the plan, for example "1 GB/day" — and once you have used it the connection slows down until the next day rather than stopping. Maps, messaging and email stay usable; video and large downloads will not. You are never charged extra and you are never cut off.
