The detail

What the Uzbekistan eSIM includes

The plan itself, the network behind it, and how it gets onto your phone.

  • A prepaid data eSIM for Uzbekistan — a digital SIM your phone downloads from a QR code.
  • Data only: no local number for calls or SMS, but WhatsApp and FaceTime work over it.
  • One profile per order. Buying again issues a separate eSIM rather than topping this one up.
Coverage

Which network you get in Uzbekistan

Not a reseller’s own thin network — these are the operators local subscribers use. Your phone picks whichever is strongest where you are.

Beeline5G

Which one you land on is decided by signal, not by us, and 5G needs the plan, the mast and your handset to agree. Coverage inside buildings and outside cities is whatever the local network manages — the same as it is for residents.

Before you buy

Everything you need to land connected in Uzbekistan

The things worth knowing before you pay, answered for this destination.

Will my own number still work in Uzbekistan?

Yes. This is a data-only eSIM, so it sits alongside your home SIM rather than replacing it. Your own number stays registered and can still receive calls and bank codes. Keep data roaming switched off for the home line and on for the eSIM, and you get local data without a roaming bill.

Which network will I connect to in Uzbekistan?

Plans for Uzbekistan roam onto Beeline — the same networks local subscribers use. Your phone picks whichever is strongest where you are. 5G is available where the network and your handset both support it, otherwise 4G.

When does my plan start counting?

Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network in Uzbekistan, not when you buy it. So you can install it at home days before you fly — leave the line switched off until you land and nothing is used up.

How do I get the eSIM after paying?

The QR code appears on your order page straight away and is emailed to you as a backup. Install it over Wi-Fi before you travel; it is a small download and needs an internet connection, which is exactly what you will not have on arrival.

Does my phone support eSIM?

Dial *#06# on the handset. If an EID number appears below the IMEI, it can take an eSIM. It must also be network-unlocked — a handset still locked to the operator that sold it will refuse the profile. Most iPhones from XR onward and recent Pixel, Samsung and OnePlus flagships qualify.

How long can I have data for?

Trip lengths for Uzbekistan run from 1 day up to 365 days. Pick the one that covers your dates — a plan cannot be extended once it is running, so buying a second eSIM is the way to add time.

Is unlimited really unlimited?

It never cuts off, but read the plan line. Some unlimited plans run a set amount at full speed each day and then slow down until the next day; others are uncapped throughout. Each plan states which it is above the price, so you are not guessing.

Can I share the data with my laptop?

Yes — hotspot and tethering work normally. Anything you connect draws from the same allowance, so a laptop backing up in the background can go through a plan quickly.

Do I get a phone number for calls and SMS?

No. These are data plans, so there is no local number and no local SMS. Calls and messages go over WhatsApp, FaceTime or any other app. Your home number remains the one that receives OTPs.

Does your phone support eSIM?

A 30-second check: dial *#06#. If an EID number appears next to the IMEI, your phone can take an eSIM. It also has to be network-unlocked — a handset still locked to its original operator will refuse the profile.
