Check before you buy: most phones from 2019 onward do, and our compatibility page lists every model. If theirs turns out not to and the eSIM hasn't been installed, you can cancel within 30 days and we refund it, less a 2.3% payment-processing charge.

Most phones from 2019 onward do — iPhone XS and newer, Pixel 3 and newer, and recent Samsung Galaxy S and Z models. Your phone also needs to be network-unlocked. Dial *#06# — if you see an EID number, you're set.
Yes, and you should. Install over Wi-Fi at home while you still have a connection you trust. The plan does not begin until the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination.
Yes, as long as the eSIM hasn't been installed: cancel within 30 days and we refund it, less a small payment-processing charge (see the refund policy). If we couldn't issue your eSIM, you're refunded in full. Once a profile is downloaded to a phone it can't be reused, so we can't refund it after that.
