1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Sites can also keep information in the browser's own storage (local storage and IndexedDB). In this policy we call them all “cookies”, and we list every one eSIMKite uses.
2. How we use cookies
We use cookies to keep the site secure, to remember your cookie choice, to keep you signed in to My orders, and, only if you agree, to count visits with Google Analytics and to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads with the Meta Pixel. We also measure how quickly pages load. Nothing here tracks what you do while connected to your eSIM.
3. Cookie categories
Strictly necessary
Needed for the site to work: protecting it from bots and attacks, keeping you signed in to My orders, and remembering your cookie choice. These can't be switched off.
Preferences
The plan picker on the home page remembers the destination and plan type you last looked at, and your last five searches in it, so they are there when you come back. This stays in your browser and is never sent to us.
Analytics
Google Analytics shows us, in aggregate, which pages help and where people get stuck. It sets cookies only after you choose “Accept all” or switch Analytics on in Cookie settings. Until then it stores nothing on your device and sends Google only cookieless signals, such as that a page was viewed. Advertising storage is always switched off, and Google Analytics is off on order, account and admin pages.
Performance
Google Firebase Performance Monitoring measures how quickly pages load and how long our servers take to answer. It keeps a random installation identifier in your browser storage, not your name, email or order. It runs whether or not you accept analytics cookies; to stop it, block or clear this site's data in your browser.
Marketing
The Meta Pixel, only after you choose “Accept all” or switch Marketing on in Cookie settings. It lets Meta tell us which of our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits and purchases, and show our ads to people likely to find them useful. It tells Meta the pages you view here, the plan you pick, and when you start checkout or complete a purchase, with the plan’s price. It is never loaded on order, account or admin pages, and you can switch it off at any time in Cookie settings.

5. Managing your choices
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies, and “Reject all” is as easy as “Accept all”. Your choice is kept for 12 months, then we ask again. You can change it at any time here, or with the Cookie settings link at the foot of the page.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site, such as signing in to My orders, from working.
6. Third-party cookies
Cloudflare, which protects and delivers this site, and Google, for Analytics and Firebase, set the items above that carry their names, under their own privacy policies. Our payment gateway, Cashfree Payments, sets its own cookies inside its payment window, governed by their policy. For how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes and contact
