Delete it yourself
Sign in with the email address you bought with, then:
- On the website: My eSIMs → Profile & data → Delete my account.
- On your phone: Account → Privacy & data → Delete my account.
Type DELETE to confirm. It happens straight away, and you are signed out. You can download a copy of your data first from the same place (Download my data).

If you cannot sign in, email support@esimkite.com from the address on your account, with the subject Delete my eSIMKite account. We may ask you to confirm it is you before we delete anything, and we email you when it is done, within 30 days at most (as our privacy policy says).
What is deleted
- Your email address and phone number, on your account and on every order.
- Your name, profile and notification settings, and your eSIMs' names and usage alerts.
- The record of your cookie and marketing choices.
- The private links to your orders and eSIMs, so they no longer open.
- Your reviews.
- Sign-in codes, sessions and sign-in history.
- Every form you sent us from the site with that address.
What we keep, and for how long
Indian tax law requires us to keep the record of each sale for 8 years: the amount, the GST, the invoice and credit-note numbers, the plan, the eSIM's identifiers, and the fraud check made at checkout (the IP address, approximate country and browser the order came from). We keep those records without your email address, so they no longer lead back to you, and remove them when the 8 years are over.
Emails you sent to our support address stay in our mailbox for 2 years from the last message, as our privacy policy says, and are then deleted.
Before you delete
- An eSIM already on your phone keeps working until its plan ends. Deleting the account does not remove it from your phone.
- Save any QR code you still need. Once the account is deleted, the order links in our emails stop opening.
- An order still being issued or refunded has to finish first; the page tells you if one is. Contact us if you need help with it.
